The wellness solutions here are very flexible and diverse, offering many different exercise classes, sports events and competitions, health guidance, and more. All services have been adapted to suit Microsoft’s existing employee programs.

This huge campus serves three subsidiaries of the Discount Group – Discount Bank, Mercantile Discount Bank, and Cal (Israel Credit Cards) – and elevates Israeli banking to new heights. Ariel Properties provides full management services for this challenging project, including building and system commissioning, onboarding employees, producing events, and handling all day-to-day activities, from stocking kitchens to supplying office equipment.

This project involves providing operation, maintenance, and management services (including landscaping, cleaning, and events services) for Ministry of Foreign Affairs buildings covering a total of 23,850 sqm, of which 460 sqm are galleries and 250 sqm are balconies.

iTech Park in Raanana is one of the largest and most advanced campuses in Israel, bringing together hi-tech, business, retail, entertainment, sports, and leisure in a single spectacular location. Owned by the Tidhar, Rogovin, and Migdal groups, the park is strategically located in the heart of the Raanana Industrial Area, close to Renanim Mall and Highway 4. The park covers approx. 68,000 sqm of office and commercial space for rent across six impressive buildings, which are built around an urban shopping boulevard.

Lev HaMifratz Central serves as a transportation hub for Haifa and the entire northern region, bringing together local and intercity buses from six different operators, the national railway, and even a cable car. Ariel Properties manages this dynamic location, which is visited by 50,000 passengers a day, taking care of round-the-clock security, maintenance, and everything else necessary to keep the complex running smoothly.

The Jerusalem Transportation Master Plan Team tasked Ariel Properties with supplying full management and maintenance services for the new Arazim Terminal in northern Jerusalem. This terminal is home to the first electric parking lot of its kind in Israel, with charging stations for 215 electric buses. It also requires extensive use of floor-cleaning robots and Electra’s Appgrade application to uphold the highest standards and optimize operations.
