Bnei Arazim School serves youth who have experienced trauma, psychiatric hospitalizations, suicidal attempts, and frequent transitions between various educational and residential frameworks. The school includes 10 classes, each with up to eight students, supported by a dedicated homeroom teacher and a counselor. The school's professional staff is committed to promoting the growth of each student according to their cognitive abilities and emotional state, with a strong focus on life skills and preparing graduates for independent living. Electra FM Group has adopted the school as part of its community outreach and holds regular monthly volunteer activities involving company employees and students. In addition, the group’s staff will renovate the school to provide an optimal learning environment for both students and teachers.
